GETTING STARTED


 

What you need to know:

Each Lunar Liquid Flow session is crafted specifically for you to help you move toward your personal goals of discovering your inner landscape, saying hello to sensuality, and dancing with your divine feminine. We may blend yoga, sensual movement, Pranayam (breathwork), sound healing, sharing, cathartic release work and more depending on the current space you’re in and what you are specifically looking to move through and step into.

You will get to know your body in more intimate ways than you may ever have before. That may feel scary, but ground in knowing that we will always move at a pace that feels best for you and your body.

This journey is one that invites you to discover where you may have blocks mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through movement, and meditative practices, we will move toward clearing stress, emotional trauma, and seen/unseen patterns being held in your body. Which will allow you more access to your personal power.

My intention is to provide a brave space for this process, and empower you to learn how to create your own sacred brave spaces at home, and discover letting your body be your greatest teacher.

 

In Between Sessions:

You will receive homeplay to help you continue to process and ground between sessions. Your commitment to carrying it out helps maximize what you can receive from our time together.

If you need support in between sessions, your package comes with email access and one to two 15 min calls (depending on which session package you purchased).

How To Prepare:

You’ll want to wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. If you’re coming to my home studio, or if I’m coming to you I have yoga mats, a bolster, a blanket and blocks that I’ll bring with me. If you need anything else to be comfy on the floor please prepare it for yourself ahead of time.

Once you say ‘yes’ to taking this journey, things can begin arising before we even begin; so observe your thoughts and emotions, particularly ones related to your body, sexuality, or relationships, and write down anything of interest to you.

 

Virtual Sessions:

If we are connecting online, please make sure zoom is installed and your wifi is working. Allow some time before our session to prepare a sacred space for yourself. Ideally this is somewhere quiet, that you can return to for each session. You can light candles, incense, even set up a little altar in your space if it appeals to you. The idea is to create a space in your home that will hold the energy of your transformation.

If creating sacred space interests you but you want more guidance, we can discuss it in our first session. You may also want a yoga mat, pillow, and or blanket nearby. And you’ll want to place your computer where we can see each other, but you’ll have some room to move (preferably about two yoga mats worth of space).


In Person Sessions:

The Lunar Healing Lounge

If we have agreed to meet in person at The Lunar Lounge (my home studio) the exact location will be shared within your session confirmation email (which you’ll receive 48 hours prior to our session).

The Lunar Healing Lounge is located in the city of Van Nuys, CA.
