Group Somatic Healing Journey

A co-creative space to soften, awaken, and return to your body’s wisdom.

These somatic playshops are trauma sensitive ceremonial invitations into embodied presence; blending intuitive movement, breathwork, playaful prompts, and Yoga. Rooted in the Akhanda Shakti (Hatha) yoga lineage and laced with sensual somatic expression, each journey is shaped by the energy of the group and the specific intentions of the moment.

Together, we explore:

Created for Women, BIPOC and Queer folks, feeling the call to melt out of the mind and return home to the body. These sessions are both a tender and powerful space to remember your wholeness.

  • What is the healy??

    The Healy Resonance is a micro current medical device that has been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for relief of acute, chronic, and arthritis pain and muscle soreness due to overexertion. It can also help release stress, restore harmony, and reclaim your overall well-being. Healy sessions can help bring your bioenergetic frequencies and energetic centers back into balance, help you ease pain, relieve stress, and feel more mentally centered. It can help improve clarity and focus and even improve your quality of sleep. In addition it can also analyze your aura and chakras (the bodies energy centers) and report on the level at which each is functioning.
