Whether you're integrating big shifts, longing for more spacious support, or wanting personalized guidance as you move forward; this 1:1 container is here to meet you where you’re at.

A 4-session private series designed to support your unique journey.
Together, we’ll weave practices that meet you where you are and support you in:

• Soothing the nervous system + restoring inner safety

• Deepening into sensuality, embodiment, and rest

• Releasing what's ready to be shed with grace

• Cultivating rituals of presence and pleasure

• Integrating the work from Soften into Surrender at your pace

Each session is held with reverence and customized to your needs - whether that’s somatic practice, breathwork, intuitive movement, ritual design, play, or simply being witnessed and held.
